I have paid but my package hasn't upgraded. Why?

Why am I getting a message to Upgrade even if I already paid for the package? 

For security reasons, we have designed our platform to take the registered email address users set during the registration process. Most users use a different email address for the sign-in email and another email address for the payment. This usually happens if users have multiple emails, or if they have a different email account for PayPal.

You can check the email address registered on the account by clicking on the three dots on the upper right side of your Dashboard screen and click on Settings.

Be sure to use the email address you have used to purchase our product, or else our platform will not recognise you as an upgraded user.
