Why can't I login?

If you're struggling to access your Practice Aptitude Test Account, please try the following;

  • Clear cache, cookies, browsing history etc. before attempting again.
  • Try using an alternate browser e.g. Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc.
  • Ensure that you are using the correct email address. We have the Google Sign-in Integration, meaning you may have signed up using a GMail address but are attempting to sign in using another email.
  • Double check junk / spam folders for your Magic Link when requested. Please also be sure to check for email 'grouping' (when your email provider groups multiple emails as the content is similar).
